This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for paid CVoria subscriptions and how to request one. It describes our voluntary 30-day refund right and does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
1. Scope
This policy applies to paid CVoria plans and other paid digital services we may offer from time to time. Free plans are not charged and therefore are not subject to refunds.
2. Voluntary 30-Day Refund Right
We offer a voluntary 30-day refund right for the initial purchase or first billing period of CVoria Pro, including the initial 3-month subscription. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of the charge date for a full refund. This voluntary policy is intended to support genuine product trials. We may deny or limit refunds under this voluntary 30-day policy in cases of abuse, repeated refund requests, or unusually extensive use that is inconsistent with a genuine evaluation of the service. This does not affect any refund or withdrawal rights you may have under applicable law.
3. Statutory Right of Withdrawal for EU/EEA/Swedish Consumers
If you are a consumer in Sweden, the EU, or the EEA, you generally have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from the initial purchase or first billing period. For that statutory right to be reduced or waived because digital performance starts immediately, the checkout must obtain your express consent to immediate access before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. CVoria provides immediate access to digital features such as resume analysis, cover letter generation, interview coaching, job tracking, and other AI-powered tools. If immediate access is requested, the required consent is obtained, and you begin using the service, your statutory withdrawal or refund rights may be reduced or lost to the extent permitted by applicable law and Paddle's buyer terms. Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable right you may have under applicable law.
4. How to Exercise Your Withdrawal Right or Request a Refund
To exercise a statutory withdrawal right, email support@cvoria.com within 14 days of the charge date. To request a refund under our voluntary 30-day refund right, contact us within 30 days of the charge date. Please send the email from the address associated with your account and include enough information for us to locate the payment, such as your purchase date or Paddle receipt number. We may ask for a brief description of the issue so we can verify the payment and improve the service.
5. Renewals, Cancellations, and Requests After the Applicable Window
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next renewal date. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again. Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically create a refund for charges that have already been processed. After the applicable refund or withdrawal period, refunds are generally not available unless required by law. Within the voluntary 30-day policy, we may also deny or limit refunds in cases of abuse, repeated refund requests, or unusually extensive use that goes beyond a normal product trial. We may still issue refunds at our discretion in cases such as duplicate billing, billing errors, or material technical issues.
6. Paddle and Refund Processing
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for our payments. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times depend on your payment provider and bank. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us before filing a chargeback so we can try to resolve it quickly.
7. Active Search Guarantee
Our Active Search Guarantee is separate from refunds. If you do not land a job during your 90-day access period and meet the applicable usage criteria, we may extend your access by an additional 3 months at no extra charge. That extension does not replace or reduce any statutory consumer rights you may have.
