CVoria is a Sweden-based company building practical tools for CVs, applications, and interviews, with a focus on clarity, trust, and useful feedback.
Job searching had become too hard to make sense of.
We kept seeing capable people get filtered out without clear reasons. Feedback was often vague, the process felt inconsistent, and many tools made everything sound more generic instead of more useful.
I started CVoria because job searching can take too much time, energy, and confidence. People put a lot into a process that often gives very little back. I wanted to build something that could help people through it, make it easier, and make it feel a little lighter.
The people behind it
CVoria is currently founder-led. Nils develops the product and drives day-to-day decisions, with strategic input from Per and ongoing testing and product feedback from Mattias.
